The Indianapolis Daredevils were a late 1970s professional soccer team based in Indianapolis, Indiana, that played in the American Soccer League (ASL). The team was originally known as the New England Oceaneers before relocating to Indianapolis. Their home matches were held at the Butler Bowl on the campus of Butler University. The Daredevils declared bankruptcy in the spring of 1980, shutting down the operation.
